Co-Founder
Background:
Suzanne Rudnitzki co-founded onemarket in July,
2003 after the sale of her organization Not
So Basic Training & Consulting. Suzanne began
her career at Nissan Motor Corporation and served in various leadership
positions in administration for over six years. She left Nissan to begin
her own consulting practice and gained clients in the automotive, furniture
and other diverse industries. Her clients and areas of consulting included:
Chrysler (manufacturing root cause analysis), Herman Miller (Leadership),
Procter & Gamble (entreprenuership and risk taking), Xerox (Product
Launch), Magna (Strategic Planning). Not So Basic Training & Consulting
grow to be self-suffient with over 1.7 million in annual sales and 18
employees/independent contractors before she sold the organization to
one of the key employees. Not So Basic Training now partners with onemarket
to offer clients a complete solutions for both consulting and training
needs.
Suzanne brings consulting experience to onemarket having consulted and
evaluated hundreds of organizations. Her MBA and leadership experience
help onemarket clients quickly focus on the needs in their organizations
and the areas that have the most potential for making them more globally
competitive
